Privacy Policy

ACME Athletics · Last updated October 14, 2026

1. What this policy covers

ACME Athletics ("ACME," "we," "us") explains here how we handle personal information through our ACME website pages that display this policy, including acmeathleticstn.com, and the inquiries, tour requests and communications connected with those pages. This policy does not cover unrelated businesses or brands. A separate notice may apply to membership enrollment, payment, employment or other services outside this website intake.

Our Website & Communications Terms explain website use and messaging choices. Neither document replaces your membership agreement or any separate service agreement or waiver.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you request membership information, rates or a tour, we collect your name, email address and phone number. Forms may separate first and last name. We also receive information you choose to include in a message, booking details if you schedule a tour, and your communication preferences. Where a form offers separate text-message choices, we collect the choices you submit for each purpose. We may keep correspondence, submission records and records of consent or withdrawal.

Information from your visit. Our website and hosting or embedded-service providers receive technical information such as your IP address, browser/device information, page requests and request times. Campaign links can include source information such as UTM campaign, medium, source, content and search-term parameters. We use this information to understand how people reach us and to operate and protect the website. Our forms capture campaign parameters present in the page URL, and the receiving server records the submission time and the IP address available to it.

Booking links. Some of our booking flows place your name, email address and phone number into a booking-page URL and pass them to the scheduling provider to prefill the form. Those details can remain in browser history or be visible to someone with the link. Do not share a personalized booking link. You can instead open the booking page without those parameters or contact us for help.

Please do not send payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical records or sensitive information about a child through an interest form or ordinary email. These forms are for inquiries, not secure medical or payment intake.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Respond to questions and follow up on requested tours, rates or information.
  • Arrange appointments and provide relevant service communications.
  • Send ACME news and offers consistent with the choices presented when information is collected and applicable law.
  • Maintain contact records, communication preferences, consent records and suppression records that help us respect opt-outs.
  • Understand campaign sources, measure advertising, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse and protect our systems.
  • Meet legal obligations and address complaints or disputes.

Submitting a form is not permission for unrelated businesses to market to you. A phone number by itself is not permission to send marketing texts.

4. Who receives information

Providers supporting ACME. We use HighLevel/LeadConnector for contact management, forms, scheduling and communications. Depending on the form used, information is submitted directly to that platform or first recorded on an ACME-managed server and then sent to it. Hosting, infrastructure, technical-support, email, messaging and telecommunications providers may process information needed to provide their services. Authorized personnel working for ACME use information to handle inquiries and operate these services.

Embedded services, advertising and external links. Our membership-information and tour-request pages load a HighLevel/LeadConnector form widget and associated scripts. Pages also request fonts from Google Fonts, and our pages carry a Meta advertising pixel. The embedded widget loads its own provider tracking code, including Meta's script. Loading these services connects your browser to their providers, which receive technical information about the request. Information entered in a provider-hosted form is also processed by that provider. External sites and providers have their own privacy notices; linking to them does not make this policy their policy.

Other disclosures. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or obtain professional advice. Information may be included in a genuine merger, acquisition or transfer of ACME's business, subject to applicable law and the privacy commitments that apply to it. These circumstances do not authorize the sale or transfer of SMS consent for third-party marketing.

Mobile information. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data, or share them with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not sold or transferred for marketing purposes. We may share information with messaging platforms, telecommunications carriers and other service providers as necessary to deliver requested messages and operate the messaging service.

5. Cookies, campaign tracking and advertising

Cookies and similar browser storage can support website, advertising or embedded-service functions. Your browser lets you manage cookies and stored site data; restricting them may affect embedded forms or scheduling. Blocking cookies does not prevent a server from receiving an IP address or stop campaign parameters in a submitted form from being recorded.

Advertising pixel. Our pages carry a Meta advertising pixel. It reports page views and form-submission events to Meta and can be used to measure advertising, build audiences and show you ACME ads on Meta services. It may set or read cookies and browser storage associated with Meta. This happens when the page loads, before and independently of whether you submit a form.

Campaign sources. Our campaign-source capture reads parameters from the page URL rather than relying on an ACME tracking cookie, and records them with a submission.

Embedded forms. The embedded HighLevel/LeadConnector widget loads its own provider tracking code, including Meta's script, and stores HighLevel analytics and session identifiers and visit history in browser storage. These embedded requests and session records can expose technical information to those providers even before you submit a form. Scheduling and form providers may use additional cookies or similar technologies as you interact with their services.

Your choices. You can manage cookies and site data in your browser, use its tracking-protection settings, and manage ad personalization in your Meta account settings. These controls affect tracking and ad targeting; they do not stop a server from receiving an IP address, and they are not an email or text-message opt-out.

If we introduce additional analytics or materially different tracking on pages covered by this policy, we will review and update this disclosure and provide choices or obtain consent where required before that use begins. This policy does not itself grant permission to enable new tracking.

6. Email and text-message choices

Email. We may respond to your inquiry and send the ACME updates or offers described when you give us your email address. You can stop marketing email using its unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We honor marketing-email opt-outs within 10 business days. Necessary non-promotional messages about an existing appointment, account or transaction may continue; an advertisement does not become a service message merely because you previously contacted us.

Texts. Where offered, request-related texts and marketing texts have separate choices. Our online forms require consent to request-related texts to submit; they do not enroll you in marketing texts. You may contact us by phone or email instead. Request-related texts concern your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders. Marketing texts may include ACME news, Founding 500 updates and membership offers. Marketing permission is not inferred from permission for request-related texts, providing a phone number or submitting an inquiry. Text-message consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance; you can also contact us using the details below. We honor other reasonable requests to stop. A previous opt-in does not override a later withdrawal. You may receive one non-promotional confirmation of your opt-out. See our Website & Communications Terms for more about the messaging program.

Unsubscribing stops the relevant communications; it does not automatically delete your contact, consent, appointment or transaction records. We may retain a limited suppression record to avoid contacting you again improperly. To request deletion, contact us separately.

7. Retention and security

Retention depends on why information was collected, whether we have an ongoing relationship, legal and recordkeeping requirements, and the need to document consent, honor opt-outs or resolve disputes. Different records may be kept for different periods. We do not promise immediate removal from every system or backup when a request is received.

We use safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, use or disclosure. No website, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid including sensitive information in ordinary inquiries.

8. Privacy requests

Contact us to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights, including a right to obtain a copy of information or opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising. We evaluate requests under applicable law, including any permitted exceptions, and may need proportionate information to verify identity or authority before releasing or changing records. Please do not send identity documents unless we arrange a suitable way to provide them.

If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain our response. You may ask us to reconsider by replying to that response or contacting us with the subject "Privacy request review." Where law provides an appeal process or response deadline, that law controls. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.

9. Parents, guardians and children

Our website inquiry and tour-intake forms are directed to adults. Parents and guardians are welcome to inquire about family or youth services using their own contact information. Please do not submit a child's contact details or sensitive information through these forms. This intake policy does not establish eligibility or age rules for club programs.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through these forms. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

10. Changes and contact

We will post revisions here with an updated date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. A policy update does not turn a previous opt-out into permission to send messages.

Website & Communications Terms

ACME Athletics · Last updated October 14, 2026

1. Scope

These terms apply to your use of ACME Athletics website pages that display these terms, including acmeathleticstn.com, and the ACME inquiry and messaging services described here. "ACME," "we" and "us" mean ACME Athletics. These terms do not govern unrelated businesses or brands.

By using these website services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them; you may contact us directly with questions. Merely visiting a page or accepting these terms does not enroll you in marketing texts. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information.

2. Inquiries, tours and membership are different

Submitting an interest form, rates request or tour request lets us follow up. It does not purchase a membership, reserve or guarantee a Founding 500 slot, guarantee a rate, or confirm an appointment. A tour is scheduled only after the booking process is completed and the appointment is confirmed. If you do not receive confirmation or are unsure whether a request reached us, contact us. We do not promise instant confirmation, delivery or a response within a particular time.

Membership purchases, payments, activation, cancellation, refunds, access, participation and waivers are governed by the applicable separate agreements and law—not these website terms. Nothing here changes membership economics or your rights under a membership agreement. Website descriptions are general information; ask us to confirm current availability and the applicable agreement before purchasing.

3. Responsible use

Provide accurate information and use a phone number and email address that you control or are authorized to use. Do not enroll another person in communications without their authorization. Let us know if a subscribed number changes or is reassigned.

Our inquiry and tour forms are intended for adults, including parents and guardians asking about services for their families. Use the adult's contact details. This does not set age eligibility for club programs or prevent a parent from making a legitimate inquiry.

Do not use the website unlawfully, impersonate someone, submit spam or harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, evade security controls or interfere with other users. We may restrict website access to address misuse or protect the service, subject to applicable law. Such a restriction does not by itself cancel a separate membership or remove rights under its agreement.

4. ACME text messaging

Choose the messages you want. Where our forms offer text-message enrollment, request-related texts and marketing texts are separate choices. Our online forms require consent to request-related texts to submit; they do not enroll you in marketing texts. You may contact us by phone or email instead.

  • Request-related texts: follow-up about your inquiry, rates request or tour request, appointment confirmations and reminders.
  • Marketing texts: ACME news, Founding 500 updates, promotions and membership offers.

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is specific to the purpose selected. Agreeing to request-related texts does not agree to marketing texts. Providing a phone number or submitting a form is not, by itself, marketing-text consent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You may contact us by phone or email instead.

Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies with your requests and the program you choose. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Check your carrier's terms for charges and service availability.

Stop or get help. Reply STOP to a message to stop texts from that program. Reply HELP for assistance, email info@acmeathleticstn.com, or call (931) 919-2575. You may also use those contact methods to withdraw consent or make another reasonable request to stop. We do not require a particular keyword as the only way to withdraw consent.

We honor withdrawal requests promptly and within applicable legal deadlines. A prior opt-in never overrides a later withdrawal. If you ask us to stop all ACME texts, we will apply that request across our consent-based texting programs; we will not treat silence, a new inquiry or an unchecked box as renewed consent. You may receive one non-promotional message confirming your opt-out. Tell us if messages continue after your request so we can investigate.

Delivery. Delivery depends on the messaging platform, carrier and device and may be delayed or fail. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on these messages for emergencies or time-critical assistance. Stopping texts does not cancel a tour or membership; contact us separately for changes to those arrangements.

Privacy. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data or share them with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging platforms, carriers and other service providers may receive information needed to operate and deliver the service. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Email communications

We may reply to your inquiry and send ACME updates and offers as described when your email is collected, consistent with applicable law. Providing your email does not subscribe you to unrelated third-party or affiliate offers.

Use the unsubscribe link in marketing email, or contact us, to stop marketing email. We honor these requests within 10 business days. You may still receive necessary non-promotional communications about an existing appointment, account or transaction. We do not treat promotional follow-up as exempt from unsubscribe requirements merely because you once submitted an inquiry.

An email unsubscribe is not automatically a text-message opt-out, a data-deletion request or a membership cancellation. Tell us which additional changes you want; a clear request to stop all marketing will be treated accordingly.

6. Website content and links

ACME and its licensors retain rights in website text, photographs, designs, logos and other content. You may view the website, share links, and save or print information for your personal, noncommercial use. Do not reproduce, sell or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as permitted by law. Report suspected infringement using our contact details below; identify the material, its location and how we can reach you. This contact is not a representation that we have registered a statutory copyright agent.

We use third-party services for functions such as forms, scheduling and advertising measurement, and may link to external websites. Their services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for unrelated external content, and a link does not necessarily indicate endorsement. Our own responsibilities under applicable law remain unchanged.

7. Availability, accuracy and your rights

We work to keep the website useful and accurate, but pages can contain errors or become outdated, and service can be interrupted. We may correct website content or change website features. These changes do not amend a separate signed agreement. Website content is general information, not individualized medical advice.

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" and "as available," without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waives statutory consumer rights, releases claims for physical injury, or changes the protections in a separate agreement.

These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, a shortened claim period or a monetary liability cap. Any separate agreement must be considered on its own terms and under applicable law.

8. Changes and other provisions

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. Changes apply prospectively; additional notice or consent will be provided where required. An update does not renew withdrawn messaging consent or revise a membership agreement.

Tennessee law governs these website terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. These terms do not require an exclusive court venue or waive protections available under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms concern website and communications services only, not the entire relationship between you and ACME.

Accessibility

ACME Athletics · Last updated October 14, 2026

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

What we aim for. We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our working standard. We check readable text contrast, keyboard access, visible focus, meaningful link text, alternative text for images and layouts that hold up when text is enlarged or the screen is small. We have not completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance.

Known limitations. Parts of this website are provided by outside services, including embedded forms and scheduling. We do not control their code, and their accessibility may differ from the rest of the site. Video and photography are being produced ahead of opening; captions and descriptions are added as that material is finished. If one of these gets in your way, tell us and we will help you another way.

Tell us about a problem, and ask for another way. If any part of this website is difficult to use, email info@acmeathleticstn.com or call (931) 919-2575. Tell us the page and what happened, and include a way to reach you. We will respond and work with you on a fix or a workaround. You never have to use this website to reach us — anything you can do here, you can do by phone, by email or in person at the club.

Our building. This statement covers the website. For questions about physical access at 2231 Madison Street, call us and we will walk you through the space and answer specifics before you visit.

Careers

We are hiring ahead of opening. Open coaching roles and applications live on our careers page.
