Recovery you don’t have to schedule.
The locker rooms were built as a destination in the building, not an afterthought — and we built it twice, once in the men’s and once in the women’s, so nobody’s waiting on the other side.
Use it on a day you planned to and a day you didn’t. Sit in the sauna after a lift, drop into the plunge between meetings, take your time. Nothing here is booked by the hour.
Included with Club and Signature membership. Adults 18 and over.
In each locker room
- Sauna
- Steam room
- In-ground cold plunge
- In-ground hot tub
- Private showers, toiletries and everything to get ready
